Boardshorts
 Boardshorts, the king of crossover sports
apparel and your own personal style statement, has been refreshed this year with more colors and less floral or plaid
patterns. To mark this milestone, GSR will promote the surf clothing retailers on this page as a great source for the latest in boardshorts surf clothing.
Boardshorts can be worn by just about any sports enthusiasts including surfers, skateboarders and snowboarders. Even guys just wanting to wear something stylish to the beach can wear one of the latest boardshort styles.
In southern Cali, we're seeing not so much a shortening of the length for boardshorts but more a tightening of the fit so that they still hang on the hips but don't balloon out as much in the ass and legs. A tighter fit seems logical since most jeans being worn are a tighter fit too.

Boardshorts can also be called surf shorts, surf trunks, swim trunks, but the right word is boardshorts even though wikipedia and dictionary.com don't recognize
boardshorts
as a word
but instead refers to spelling it as two words: board shorts. whatev's, if you know what's right you'll call your boardshorts whatever you want, we at GSR prefer boardshorts.
